Order flowers from the FleuraMetz App, have you tried it yet? The app offers you much sought-after convenience as flowers can be ordered online at any time. Have you have received a product that is not up to standard? Not to worry! You can send in a claim directly using the app.

Step by step

Unfortunately, you may occasionally receive a product that is not up to its normal standard. In that case, you can send in a claim in just a few steps. Open the app, select the product in question, enter the required details and click send. In the short video below, we will show you how to.
