Frédéric Dupré didn’t start out in the floral world. Initially a student in paleontology, he later turned to horticulture, and then to floral art, where he quickly found his path.
Coming from a family of gardeners, he has always had a strong connection to the plant world.

In just a few years, he became one of the most talented florists of his generation:
Best Apprentice of France (2003) :

• Renowned floral design teacher in France and abroad

From August 28 to 31, 2025, Frédéric Dupré will compete at the World Cup Floral Art in The Hague, Netherlands.
Ten years after his first participation (Berlin, 2015), he returns with renewed energy and a strong desire to share his experience.
More than just a competitor, he positions himself as an ambassador for French floral excellence, surrounded by a young team that he trains and supports.

For several years now, Frédéric has devoted a significant part of his activity to teaching floral design.

“I’m not a captain, I’m more of the idea initiator. My team and I discuss how far we can push the concept. We share ideas, explore possibilities, anticipate challenges. Everyone has a voice, though I remain the final decision-maker. In our four-person team, we work as equals” Frédéric Dupré, in an interview with Thursd.
