Long-term plans
Arend Roses gives us an example: “If a random company calls to us for 100 buckets of red roses to be delivered the same day because it’s Valentine’s Day, I’m very sorry but we will have to say no. We’d rather spend our time and efforts on loyal customers.” Time and effort is also put into the roses. They are grown as sustainable as possible.
