Responding to supply and demand for me is a daily recurring challenge. Most of the time this means thinking along with the customer. Of course I try to buy our orders at the lowest price possible, but especially with buying on own initiative, a good feel for the trade and constant communication with our sellers and other buyers is necessary. Buying interesting parties and surprise our customers with it is a big inspiration for me.
FleuraMetz is a great company to work for. The enterprise offers me a high degree of autonomy to do my work as I think is best. The responsibility I get, is a matter of trust.
I find the working hours at FleuraMetz very attractive. Sure, one has to get up earlier then most Dutch people, but on the other hand you’re at home mostly early in the afternoon. Which gives me a lot of time to spent with my family or do sports or whatever I like.
